Jennifer McGrath is a dynamic math teacher and a servant leader who truly values improving the learning of all students; especially, students identified as having learning disabilities. Without hesitation, Ms. McGrath ensures that students are provided with ongoing visuals and auditory modeling of concepts with CLOZE style note-taking. She disseminates concepts with patience, detail, and energy, thus providing students with many opportunities for practice over time. Additionally, she incorporates technology and co-teaches with Educational Specialists and Instructional Assistants to ensure that students are successful academically, behaviorally, and to make sure that their social-emotional needs are met.
